They weren’t blocking the officers vehicle, the weren’t interfering with an arrest, they were blowing whistles in his ears. Why wouldn’t they just order them to not follow?

We have video of her blowing her whistles at ice agents and vehicles before being shoved to prove this. Ice can’t legally arrest protesters, only if she’s obstructing, which she clearly wasn’t

The agents shoved them before going after pretti. There was no attempt to arrest or detain anyone, not that it’s legal because they weren’t obstructing officers!

What behavior was the woman doing that constituted obstruction? What behavior was pretti doing that constituted obstruction that would allow ice to arrest them
