@GoProUK I cancelled my sub renewal on the same day that it renewed (at the start of Jan) - and noticed I don't have a refund, nor access to the subscription. I should surely have one or the other?? (preferably a refund). Effectively, you've taken my money for nothing in return?

@Levis_UK just bought a new pair of 510 jeans, got them tailored, threw away the receipt as they fit perfect. After one day the seam on the left leg has started to come apart? Is there anything I can do without the receipt now? Not overly impressed at £100 a pop.
