The screen captures of the visualization of the GLOF responsible for the recent flood in Rasuwagadhi and affected regions are taken from https://t.co/tFaNoBod9n where you can check it out for yourself.
The imagery from Sentinel show a clear reduction in snow cover from June to July. Much of the snow accumulation from May–June appears to have melted by July. While these patterns suggest a potential link between flood and the melt, further investigation is needed.
Antarikchya Pratisthan Nepal is proud to announce that the @ParisPeaceForum has selected our "Satellites4Humanity" Project as one of the Top 50 projects from 770 applications across 111 countries for the #AIActionSummit

As the Slippers2Sat Project progresses, we present to you the S2S Junior Team of 9 amazing middle-school students. Mentored by 6 exceptional mentors from APN, these young group of students are currently building Nepal's first Middle-School CubeSat Project in SSL, Chitwan.
#WATCH | Delhi: Antarikchya Pratishan Nepal (APN) Founder Dr. Abhas Maskey says, "... We had already shown through Nepali SAT-1 that university students can build satellites. Now, we have gone a step further and we have shown that government high school students of Nepal can also build satellites... A lot of collaboration, help and support was needed and we would like to thank all the parties from Nepal and India for supporting us and being there right on time to launch this satellite..."
A critical milestone for the Nepalese Space Industry🇳🇵
