@AirAsiaSupport What about short time hotel access? this 5AM flight is very inconvenient and already forced us to take an extra day off at the office. It seems reasonable to expect some effort from you. Plus, this 5AM flight is 50% cheaper than the flight we originally booked ! (see below)
