@SportsDirect_CS my daughter placed an order a while ago, hermes says delivered - it’s not been delivered. We have emailed and was told “your ordered is packed and being dispatched” that was well over a week ago. Another Email sent a week ago and no reply?!! Still no package

@virginmedia 2/2 tried to then go through online to book engineer, got as far as choosing date and time then again said not possible to book and please call the same number that told me to go online! Need phone as working from home - please help

@virginmedia no dial tone, brought brand new landline phone just incase, still no dial tone. Called, went through automated service, it said to make an appointment then offered me date & time then said it was not possible to confirm due to call centres being closed. 1/2

@SkyHelpTeam Such awful service, had this email for as long as I can remember and now it’s becoming so unreliable! It’s not acceptable in this day and age. I was even told over the phone from one of your advisors to get a gmail account as this is going to become common with your service!!

@SkyHelpTeam is there a problem with sky email at the moment? We can’t log in and can’t access important information. Not been able to log in since yesterday. 45 minute wait to speak to someone on the phone number provided!!!
