I've been away for a while, not just from social media but also writing. I've been trying to get back into the swing of things.
Check out Chapter 1 of my new NA contemporary over on Medium:

I last had an 'attack' like this when I worked at the airport & was constantly bending over. That pain didn't last nearly as long, but I still went easy just in case. This pain has not gotten any better. I can't sit up, turn, cough, or even take a deep breath.
I am in hell.
About 830 am, I was hurt at work. I have pinched nerves in my spine. I bent over to pick up a large load of dirty linen and my back SCREAMED at me. I was on the floor for 15 minutes. Took an 1.5 hours to clean a 30 minute room b/c I couldn't move.
Pinched Nerve Syndrome, for me, is when the nerves in my spine get pinched by the vertebrae. My nerves actually wrap around the vertebrae. Any kind of movement can cause moderate to blinding pain.
