@Uber My driver would not answer his phone when was trying to cancel. And was then rude when he turned up. Refund my cancellation fee with an apology or I will ll not be using Uber again
Not that I’m surprised as I’m still waiting for action on a leak from another (separate) roof terrace which was first reported to @FirstPortHelp@FirstPortUk in November 2016 but have received demands for further services charges.
It’s been a month since contractors left a ‘repair’ on a roof terrace 2 floors above my apartment which led to significant internal damage. Still waiting for action + reassurance. @FirstPortHelp
Have taken Southern Rail’s advice and carried a bottle of water with me in the hot weather. Thanks for that nugget . I wish they’d take my advice and run their trains on time with enough seats on them for all the poor bastards who’ve bought tickets from them. Just an idea.
