YOU ARE GIVING UP RIGHT WHEN YOU ARE ABOUT TO CHANGE
The most dangerous moment for a dream is not the beginning.
It’s when you think about giving up.
When nothing seems to work. When results don't show up. When the effort feels useless.
It is exactly at this moment that many people abandon their goals.
But there is a truth that few people know:
While you believe that nothing is happening… your brain is changing.
It is creating new connections. New capabilities. A new version of you.
The person capable of achieving your dream is being built.
So, don't give up.
Most of the time, people abandon the journey just one step away from the breakthrough.
Define your goal. Keep your direction.
Because those who didn't give up… always made it.

The Path to Greatness
Human beings come into the world, first and foremost, to be happy, but also to express their full potential and leave a legacy. Wherever we go, we leave traces and footprints behind us. Let them be meaningful and add value to future generations. This is our true mission as a human species on this planet.
Accessing greatness begins with the deliberate choice to think differently.
“The mass of men lead lives of quiet desperation and go to the grave with the song still in them.”
— Henry David Thoreau
To achieve greatness, you must leave behind the life of quiet desperation and challenge the status quo. Society is not always kind to visionaries, rebels, and revolutionaries. It possesses mechanisms of control and self-preservation that discourage those who think differently, those who dare, those who refuse to remain inside the box.
Most people are encouraged to settle for what is “enough,” what is “possible,” and what appears “safe.” Yet a life with little risk often brings little fulfillment. The alternative is the world of the truly alive—the world of risk, adventure, and discovery.
“The tragedy of life is not what we suffer, but what we miss. What we seek is the experience of being alive.”
— Joseph Campbell
When we think big, we open ourselves to extraordinary possibilities and remarkable outcomes. To live greatly, we must first think greatly.
We must remain open to the possibility that our lives and achievements can become far larger than we ever imagined. Success and abundance are natural consequences of consistently doing the right things without being constrained by artificial limitations.
The first step toward greatness is knowing what you truly want from life.
What are your wildest dreams?
Ask yourself:
“If I were to die today, what would I regret never having done?”
At the end of life, people rarely regret what they attempted. They regret what they never dared to pursue because of fear or the influence of others.
When people realize that their lives are coming to an end and look back, they often discover that their deepest dreams remained unrealized. Worse still, many never even attempted to pursue them.
Greatness is directly connected to following your passion.
What is it that you cannot stop doing?
What keeps calling you back throughout your life?
What dream has survived the passage of time?
What truly makes you happy?
Never forget:
Greatness begins the moment you start doing what you love.
What would you continue doing even if nobody applauded you and you earned no money from it?
Whatever your dreams may be, take them seriously.
You were not born to live a mediocre life. You were born to pursue meaningful goals and live an extraordinary existence.
“Anything in life worth having is worth working for.”
— Andrew Carnegie
Imagine the final moments of your life.
What memories would you like to carry with you?
What would you regret not having done?
Create a list of experiences you wish to live and then begin living them. Climb mountains. Travel the world. Build a business. Learn a new skill. Create something meaningful. Follow your dreams urgently.
You will regret far more the things you never did than the mistakes you made while trying.
Do not fear greatness.
Fear mediocrity.
Fear never truly living.
Fear allowing life to pass by while remaining trapped in comfort and conformity.
To reach your most ambitious dreams, you must first tear down the wall of fear.
Fear will always try to stand between you and your dreams.
You must become courageous.
Courage does not mean the absence of fear. Even the bravest people feel fear.
Courage means moving forward despite it.
Fear is a natural biological mechanism designed to preserve life. But when allowed to dominate us, it becomes a prison.
The more often you face the unknown, the weaker fear becomes.
Eventually, fear loses its power.
The unknown brings freshness, excitement, growth, and transformation.
Only the unknown can awaken the deepest parts of your soul.
Live life as a great adventure.
Leave fear behind and pursue your dreams.
A fearless person is not someone who never feels fear. A fearless person is someone who refuses to become a slave to it.
Life is precious and often shorter than we imagine.
Do not waste it.
Christopher Columbus sailed into the unknown because he believed there was something beyond the horizon.
Every meaningful achievement in human history began with someone willing to step beyond certainty.
The known is comfortable.
The unknown is alive.
To fulfill your destiny, you must develop the courage to embrace uncertainty.
The world often rewards conformity and discourages originality.
But progress has always been driven by those willing to challenge accepted assumptions.
Ignore the pressure to remain small.
Live fully.
Live boldly.
Live magnificently.
That is why this precious life was given to us.
When opportunity knocks, open the door.
Do not retreat into familiarity.
Most people prefer the comfort of mediocrity because it feels safe.
Yet growth only happens through challenge.
Life expands in direct proportion to the risks we are willing to take.
The greater the challenge, the greater the potential reward.
The greater the uncertainty, the more alive we feel.
In those moments, the present becomes vivid and intense.
There is no boredom.
No obsession with the past.
No anxiety about the future.
Only the brilliance of the present moment.
You enter the flow state.
You become fully alive.
Push your limits.
Expand your boundaries.
Explore what you once believed was impossible.
As you do, you move closer to your highest potential.
You begin transforming the impossible into the possible.
Never settle for a life of comfortable mediocrity.
Seek new challenges.
Step beyond your comfort zone.
Feel the fear.
Feel the uncertainty.
And move forward anyway.
Failure is not the opposite of greatness.
Failure is part of the path toward greatness.
Dream boldly.
Think ambitiously.
Do not be afraid of where your dreams may lead you.
Live without regret.
Follow your heart before time runs out.
“If you limit your choices only to what seems possible or reasonable, you disconnect yourself from what you truly want.”
— Robert Fritz
You must learn to reinterpret events and take responsibility for changing your circumstances.
Do not act merely out of habit.
Act intentionally.
Act courageously.
Act proactively.
“Great spirits have always encountered violent opposition from mediocre minds.”
— Albert Einstein
At some point in life, you must begin building a legacy.
Ask yourself:
What do I truly want from life?
What unique contribution can I offer the world?
The answers to these questions contain the seeds of a meaningful life.
“Every man dies, but not every man truly lives.”
— William Wallace
To live greatly, you must leave behind something that continues to benefit others long after you are gone.
Create.
Build.
Inspire.
Serve.
Make a difference.
Be unapologetically yourself.
Your life is finite, but your legacy can be timeless.
“Be bold, be different, be anything that will assert integrity of purpose against the play-it-safers and the slaves of the ordinary.”
— Sir Cecil Beaton
Question the status quo.
Many revolutionary ideas were once dismissed as impractical, impossible, or absurd.
The world needs more people willing to challenge convention.
“The people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world are the ones who do.”
— Steve Jobs
Come into the world of the truly alive.
Choose a life that excites you.
Choose adventure over complacency.
Choose purpose over conformity.
Choose greatness over mediocrity.
Continue expanding your horizons.
Continue challenging assumptions.
Continue transforming yourself.
And above all:
Follow your heart.

The Path of the Body
Our body is a powerful source of emotions. There is no dichotomy, no body-mind division. This is an arbitrary didactic definition with no practical foundation. Body and mind are one and the same; if we neglect our body, alongside the resulting physical illnesses we will suffer, we will also allow emotional disorders to arise.
Nowadays, most people past a certain age live in what I call "The Body Abandonment Syndrome." Due to the tribulations of daily life and a culture that is permissive toward sedentary behavior and terrible eating habits, people neglect themselves and fail to give their bodies due attention. They become sedentary and obese, triggering a series of resulting complications such as stress, hypertension, diabetes, depression, and pain in the spine, tendons, and joints. Their bodies become "strange individuals"—heavy, out of control, deformed, and unattractive.
From then on, people feel "old" and attribute the deterioration of their bodies to aging when, in truth, the body was simply abandoned and fell ill. It is being poorly cared for. This leads to low self-esteem, a loss of self-love, the use of alcohol, medication, and drugs, and, consequently, depression.
On the other hand, maintaining a regular physical exercise routine prevents premature aging and keeps the body at the same functional performance level as in its youth. The secret is to never stop exercising!
What we think and feel is reflected in our body at a cellular, hormonal, and neurotransmitter level. Depression strikes the immune system; passion and joy revive and strengthen it.
The expression "the body speaks" is deeply true. We must learn to listen to our body and treat it well. And how do we treat it well? Through proper nutrition, maintaining weight at ideal levels, and performing appropriate physical exercises. The path of the body—of physical activity—is highly effective for exploring human potential and combating negative thoughts and emotions.
Movement is the key to inner development. The proper use of the body through physical activity is a surefire way to reach the human mind, emotions, and spirit. The discovery and transformation of the body are keys to developing our emotional system. We store latent emotional wounds in our bodies. We must seek to get in tune with ourselves and our physical form.
The most natural way to do this is through breathing. To breathe is to live. If we stop breathing, we die. Normally, we are unaware of the act of breathing; it is natural and automatic. What we overlook, however, is that specific breathing patterns trigger specific emotional responses. When we are afraid or angry, we breathe faster; when we are calm, we do so more slowly and relaxedly.
Breathing is the gateway to our emotional system and our deepest self. Basically, we have to relearn how to breathe correctly. The fundamental point is that breathing is entirely within our control, capable of being trained and executed more properly to achieve health. As we learn to observe our breath, our mind will quiet down, find peace, and our body will relax. Good breathing habits will improve our physical and emotional well-being, whether practicing techniques on their own or combined with other relaxation methods.
It is important to emphasize that we can control our thoughts by controlling our breathing. The slower and deeper it is—including using air retention techniques (holding the breath for a few seconds)—the greater the tranquility in our mind and the tendency for our muscles and body to relax.
The ideal breath is deep abdominal or diaphragmatic breathing, where air is drawn in through the nose, expanding the belly outward, and released through the mouth or nose, drawing the belly back in. By controlling our breath, we learn to make better use of gas exchange, taking in oxygen and expelling carbon dioxide. Furthermore, we learn to better perceive our body and, above all, to relax.
Respiratory control is highly relaxing and has a calming effect on the mind. It helps reduce mental "chatter," providing us with insights and a better perception of reality. From a physical standpoint, learning to control your breathing is the secret to high performance in sports, especially aerobic ones like running, swimming, cycling, and walking. However, it applies to any and every sport, as it provides focus, greater power of concentration, calm, and self-confidence.
Aside from breath control, physical work itself is fundamental to bodily health and emotional balance. Beyond the benefits to our organs and structures (heart, lungs, muscles, bones, and joints), physical exercise is highly beneficial to our mind. When we engage in an activity that brings us pleasure, stimulates our mind, and keeps us focused, endorphins are released into the bloodstream, providing an incomparable, natural sense of well-being.
Physical exercises can be predominantly aerobic (working the lungs and heart), stretching, or muscle strengthening. Certain activities have a scope that goes beyond the physical, mental, and emotional, acting precisely on the energetic balance of the human being. Examples of this are Yoga, Tai Chi Chuan, and martial arts. Regarding other sports, all those that promote greater interaction with nature—such as surfing, windsurfing, sailing, and horseback riding—bring additional physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual benefits.
Choose a full life packed with happiness. That begins with a regular, appropriate, and enjoyable sports practice. By conquering physical health, we also bring ourselves into harmony with our mind. We improve our self-image and, consequently, our self-esteem, feeling far more driven, energetic, and positive.
It is impossible to decouple body and mind. It is also impossible to envision emotional and mental balance without a healthy, fit body. Therefore, let's get to work!

YOU NEED TO BECOME THE PERSON CAPABLE OF ACHIEVING YOUR DREAMS
Have you ever noticed that many people work hard, make plans, study, persist… and still can’t achieve what they want?
There is a reason for this.
The biggest obstacle is rarely in the outside world.
It is inside of us.
It’s the limiting beliefs.
The unconscious fears.
The paradigms we’ve carried since childhood.
The inner voices telling us we’re not capable.
As long as these programs keep running silently, we will continue to self-sabotage.
That’s why, before achieving any dream, we need to become the person capable of making it happen.
We need to change our self-image.
We need to replace fear with confidence.
Doubt with conviction.
Limitation with expansion.
True transformation happens on the inside first.
And when that happens, the potential that was always dormant begins to manifest.
