Ik val misschien in herhaling, maar het kabinet is inzake box 3 echt volledig de weg kwijt. Tijdens het lezen van de kabinetsbrief aan de senatoren kom ik de volgende bizarre passage tegen:

"Het kabinet herkent niet dat startende dan wel middelgrote beleggers in het nieuwe box 3 stelsel slechter af zijn. Zowel niet ten opzichte van het huidige box 3 stelsel als ten opzichte van grote vermogens."

Met het verdwijnen van het heffingsvrij vermogen van circa €59.000 pakt de nieuwe box 3 juist voor kleine beleggers heel slecht uit. En dan heb ik het nog niet eens gehad over het hoge belastingtarief van 36%.😟

Als je het probleem niet herkent, dan ga je het ook niet oplossen.

‘Waarom lopen jullie koeien niet buiten?’
De meest gestelde vraag door bezoekers hier op de boerderij de laatste weken. Ik zie zelf de koeien ook graag in de wei, maar er zit een verhaal achter. Op iedere boerderij is het verhaal anders, maar dit is wat er speelt bij ons.

Volgens ‘Den Haag’ produceert een koe, afhankelijk van haar melkproductie, een bepaald aantal kuubs mest met bijbehorende kg aan stikstof en fosfaat. De overheid weet hoeveel koeien wij hebben en dus ook hoeveel mest en dus kg stikstof en fosfaat wij volgens een rekenformule, op ons bedrijf produceren.
Via de Gecombineerde Opgave weet de overheid ook tot 4 cijfers achter de komma precies hoeveel land wij in gebruik hebben. Eén hectare gras mag met zoveel stikstof worden bemest en op maisland mag weer een andere hoeveelheid mest worden gebruikt.
Alles wat je op je bedrijf meer aan mest produceert dan je op je land uit mag rijden, moet je afvoeren.
Alle mest die wij afvoeren, wordt door vrachtwagens opgehaald en afgevoerd naar akkerbouwers in de buurt. Die vrachtwagens rijden niet als er geen mestmonster is genomen. De mestmonsters wijzen uit dat onze mest niet het aantal kg stikstof en fosfaat bevat waar Den Haag mee rekent. Daar wordt echter geen rekening mee gehouden: op het einde van het jaar moet de rekensom tussen productie, gebruik en afvoer in aantal kilogrammen stikstof kloppen. Zo niet: dan ben je een economisch delinquent en moet je forse boetes betalen.
Normaal bemest je voor iedere snede gras je grasland. We doen ons best dit over 4 porties te verdelen. De eerste keer hebben wij de portie al verlaagd, omdat we dit jaar mest moeten afvoeren. Vervolgens zijn we aan het afvoeren gegaan. Toen we iets meer dan de helft van het aantal kuubs wat weg moest, hadden afgevoerd, was de mestkelder leeg.
Mest op!
En er moesten nog heel wat vrachtwagens mest afgevoerd worden. En ook ons maisland moest eigenlijk nog bemest worden. De mest was op, dus dan maar geen mest of juist kunstmest gebruiken. Daar zit echter ook een max aan, dus het land niet kunnen bemesten naar de norm die het gewas vraagt.
Oplossing: koeien op stal houden, alle mest die ze produceren opvangen en hopen dat dat genoeg is om straks als van de zomer de graanoogst achter de rug is, de resterende kilogrammen mest af te kunnen voeren naar akkerbouwland om de rekensom te rond te maken.
Zoals gezegd is op iedere boerderij een andere rekensom te maken, maar dit is ons verhaal.

I would like to adress @Jefferies new "analysis" released today where they put $EVO valuation in half because of the increasing "asset beta".

All of this related to the upcoming lawsuit where Playtech have put up with a dark plan to let the name of Evolution Gaming be dragged in dirt just to decrease competition.

How can the latest news (Playtech as client of the "report"), which have been known for weeks, now flow into a downfall where they cut the valuation in half?! 260 billion SEK to 130 billion SEK.

This is by far the weekest argumentation I have ever seen to split a company valuation in one turn.

For me this is a clear case where Jefferies are running errands for the shorts.

Another "Investment banking firm" to the shit list IMO.
