Rockstar’s parent company Take-Two is scrambling to figure out how a series of GTA 6 leaks happened this past week.

A subpoena against Microsoft and Discord filed in the South District Court of New York calls the leaks “copyrighted material,” which would seemingly confirm that it was legitimate and not an elaborate hoax. Alongside the gameplay, the leaker was also advertising crypto.
