@NianticHelp She did so thinking it would confirm leaving the shop as she had already clicked to leave. The fact there’s no “confirm purchase” button is absurd. Stop with the predatory shop tactics. Its disgusting and disincentivizes me from wanting to support this game with purchases.

@NianticHelp Your new shop purchase button is incredibly predatory. My girlfriend was trying to back out of the shop, and based on how the game plays, the green button is normally to “confirm”. She attempted leaving the shop and accidentally clicked the green button for “purchase for 200”…..

@NianticHelp Me and my entire raid group just got disconnected from the server. It’s been about 10 minutes and we still can’t connect to the app. I would like a refund for the ticket as I won’t be able to get the bonuses that I paid for as I won’t be able to raid more from 5-7.
