@dahvnyc pedestrian safety is meaningless without serious, enforceable regulation of e-bikes, e-scooters et al. It is consistent with Vision Zero. Delivery bikes have made drilling the city an unpleasant dangerous experience. If not NYPD, then, who? It must be done.

In the aftermath of yet another horrific mass shooting, here’s a reminder that Republicans weren’t always like this.

Here’s former Supreme Court Justice Warren Burger, who was appointed by President Nixon, on the perversion of the NRA:
