@seattlesquinn The JT is but 1 aspect of a more comprehensive eval which includes CV review, phone/video screens, 1:1 mtgs with faculty, lunch/dinner, etc. Rather than eliminating any 1 of these, why not just revise the weight these hold in scoring the final candidates?

@berthahidalgo Not in most business disciplines. Typically no charge for standard publishing behind a paywall. Fee for open access but not nearly as much as healthcare. Those that charge for standard publishing are often predatory.
