Most men don't have a burnout problem, they have a purpose problem.
When you spend your energy building your body, your work, your finances, and your relationships, the effort gives energy back 💯 fold.
Stop seeking rest…. Start seeking growth. 🚀
Men are at their absolute best when they are actively building.
• The physique in the gym.
• The output at the desk.
• The security in the bank.
• The presence at home.
Passivity breeds misery. Pick up the tools and get to work on something meaningful.
Most men operate in a state of passive drift. They wake up, react to the day, and wonder why they feel stuck or unfulfilled.
If you want to build a life of actual substance, you have to attack three specific pillars every single day. 🧵👇
Your Home & Legacy:
Building a business means nothing if you return home as a ghost. Presence, protection, and leadership at home complete the circle.
Men are happiest when they are actively building something real.
- Their physique.
- Their work.
- Their finances.
- Their relationships.
So stop waiting for motivation to hit your front door because it isn't coming.
Time to make the decision and get to work.
@danmartell Sometimes all it takes is for someone to believe in you for you to drop your guard and actually go for your dreams that have been eating you up inside!!
@drgurner I talk about this when it comes to how many tabs you have open in your mind at one time. Close a couple tabs and you’ll be amazed how much more focused you are and the work you accomplish.
Stop looking for consensus:
The people who doubt your vision are usually the ones comfortable with mediocrity. Expecting them to validate your moves before you make them is suicide for your progress.
Build through execution, not permission:
You earn confidence by doing the work, not by talking about it. Make the decision, execute the first step, and adjust on the move.
