No ad ideation needed, you will analyze top-performing competitor ads from Meta Ad Libraries provided, write in-depth briefs and storyboards for our 2 hero SKUs, adapt scripts with strong copywriting, and manage AI avatars.

Job Details

Role: Junior Creative Strategist

Focus: Copywriting, storyboarding, and AI avatars

Compensation: Base salary + uncapped percentage of ad spend

Key Responsibilities
- Study weekly competitor ad libraries and foundational docs
- Write detailed creative briefs and storyboards for 2 hero beauty SKUs
- Adapt and rewrite winning scripts with high-converting copy
- Provide AI Avatars for our Video Editors
