@FCC so what are you doing about the overpriced internet and poor quality of service from #coxlasvegas. They refuse to fix the junction box for our building, over a year now, and are billing for services but not delivering.

Support via mobile apps only. NOBODY, and I mean NOBODY, likes typing on a 6" screen. This is how frustration starts and you give up, which is what they want. Pay your bill, don't bug us, our execs enjoy the uncontested bonuses.

Why can't @cox get their act together? Pay for gig, get gig. Been having T3/T4 errors on channel 8 for months, and now temps are back up = summer drops. @googlefiber has been taking 20+ years to roll-out, damn HOA's saying no also. Vegas internet sucks.
