Tanner Horner pleaded guilty yesterday to the brutal murder of 7 yr old Athena Strand after new footage shows Athena was UNINJURED when he abducted her.

Horner initially said he accidentally hit her with his truck, but vehicle footage shows her scared, kneeling behind his driver's seat.

Audio can be heard of Horner saying "Don’t scream or I’ll hurt you."

The jury also heard the heartbreaking moment he tortured and killed Athena.

"You are going to hear what a 250-pound man can do to a 67-pound child. And when I say it’s horrible, I mean it," the family lawyer told the jury.

Many think Horner finally admitted his guilt to avoid the death penalty.
