@almightybhole @ThaiAirways We have out in a claim to customer service but as yet no response. As you say, we will escalate to ensure @ThaiAirways pay the compensation legally due to the customers their technical fault inconvenienced. Let us know if you have any response from them.

@ThaiAirways now over 20 hours of total chaos as Aircon problem cancels TG917 from London yesterday. Now on delayed flight departure same fault has not been fixed. Passengers enduring Over 30 degrees heat, no ventilation, on board for hours. #Chaos
