@TrojanFBx Couldn’t break Ravioli’s leg tonight huh? Your team has no discipline. You’re trying to win in a defensive league without defense. It joined a Midwest conference but can’t win games in the Midwest. Oregon can. Drop the arrogance/performance and instill winning mentality.
@TrojanFBx The team that got Franklin fired last year? You guys had to break Ravioli’s leg last year just to beat Nebraska. Almost lost to Rutgers. Don’t reply yet. Wait til after the Oregon game to hit me with your biting wit.
@ralulla@damonbenning Those NBA hoops don’t budge an inch. I wonder if that goes in if he shoots it on a college court. As far as the ref job goes, I have three words: Ball. Don’t. Lie.
@ralulla Maybe we just have different definitions of a bad matchup and that’s why we’re in completely different places on this but I think Florida would much rather play Vandy than Nebraska.
@ralulla I’m planting a seed because you’re high on Florida. I think Nebraska is a bad matchup for them. It’s not just size that beats Nebraska, it’s size plus shooting. Florida doesn’t have Mike Miller, we have Mike Miller. Hot take, If the matchup happens, I like NE over FL
@ralulla I don’t understand what’s a bad Matchup then. If the three big teams in the Big10 can barely beat you when you’re not 100%, I don’t consider that a bad matchup.
@ralulla Weird losses against UCLA and Iowa, and catch Purdue on a heater in the tourney. That’s not enough evidence for me to dismiss how hard Nebraska is to beat when they are playing their best ball.
@ralulla Nebraska did not shoot a higher FG% against Illinois, Purdue, or Michigan. Against Illinois Frager went out with an injury right after half and NE loses by 3. Against Michigan we’re missing 2 guys lose by 3. Against Purdue, Mast looks like a ghost, lose by 3.
@ralulla If the version of Nebraska shows up where we turn the ball over and Mast, Frager, and Lawrence aren’t themselves, then yeah I agree… Florida will be really tough to beat.
@ralulla How did we shoot in those games and were all our players available and healthy? My take is not that Florida must shoot well to beat Nebraska. It’s that if Nebraska is playing at their best, Florida has to shoot well.
If Nebraska plays to its potential there isn’t a team that can stop them at their best until the Elite 8. People talk like Florida still has Mike Miller. Against Nebraska playing its best game, Florida would need its best shooting performance of the year.
It’s so weird that Nebraska is winning. It’s almost like they were a top 10 team for most of the season. A lot of folks rethinking their picks right now.
