@AmazonHelp: this is how you can help. Ensure when account specialists send emails to customers asking for info, that they use email addresses to which we can reply. Not addresses that bounce. Can you make that happen?

@AmazonHelp Amazon think I owe them money. I dispute that. Amazon send email asking for payment details. I reply. Email bounces. Amazon use 'no-reply' email addresses to request information from people. "earth's most customer-centric company". Not
@AmazonHelp followed that procedure multiple times. end up in same dead end. Talk to someone who emails account specialists, who email me asking for details. But when I respond the email bounces. Do you understand? There is NO WAY of responding to your account specialists
@AmazonHelp I’ve reached out directly, via call centre, 13 times. Emailed at least 6 times. You ignore me 3/4 of the time. Your call centre folks cannot talk to your own account specialists. Your system is broken

@AmazonHelp TY aus account. Called that number numerous times. They take details, send note to disputes. Disputes tells me account is locked (which is why I called) but gives me no link and no reply email. I call again and it repeats. I’m stuck in a doom loop
@AmazonHelp my account is locked. You repeatedly tell me to pay for transactions which have been paid for. Call centre folks send template emails. How can I speak to someone who can fix this?
@AmazonHelp TY for trying. Let me say it again. The email from amazon has NO link and is a do not reply email address. How can I deal with you if you will not let me respond?
@AmazonHelp TY ... but when I call your support number, they take the details, pass it to the disputes team, who then send boilerplate email saying account is locked. Which is why I called in first place. the email address they use does not take replies. Can you understand my frustration?
@AmazonHelp@AmazonHelp well that’s a fail. The email address your dispute people send from is an undeliverable address. ie when I reply to your email it bounces. Outstanding customer service
@AmazonHelp@AmazonHelp that is my problem. Your account people send me the same email EVERY time, telling me my account is locked, but not hearing me say the disputed transactions have been repaid
