This is important. Karl Popper pointed out that the essence of modern 'Western Democracy' was not that you got the Govt you wanted (or deserved) but that at the next election you could get rid of them.

Indeed. It is often very simple numbers. UK had data from the countries first affected by SC2 virus: It was clear that overwhelmingly it was only a serious risk to the frail elderly. And so it proved.
