@awilkinson So often design is disconnected from the average user. Designer’s are often ego driven. If I was at Tesla I’d be pushing to supply the battery / platform to BMW, Audi, Toyota, Honda etc... let them build interior, and exterior body.

@jasonfenske13 the Tesla cybertruck design is really a function of making easy to assemble stamped metal parts. Stamping metal parts with complex curves is much more expensive. And makes assembly more complicated as well. Run with that idea.
