@ShopifySupport I update the browser every time it is available. Nothing changes when I restart my computer. I shut down the laptop every day. I don't understand why you think it's the browser as this has been going on since April of last year, starting with Firefox and now Chrome.

@ShopifySupport I haven't been able to log in on Firefox for months. I tried resetting the password and it's been a huge pain. I would like to continue doing business with you but I need to know that you actually help your customers in order to stay.

@ShopifySupport Foxfire and now Chrome both say that I have the wrong password but not my app. Last February, I changed my password a few times trying to get Foxfire to let me in but had to settle for working on Chrome. I'm tired of this settling for when I pay for a service that is lacking!

@ShopifySupport I was able to log in on Google Chrome, which I do not like using. Now, the only place I can log in on my phone app. This is beyond frustrating because my password hasn't changed. I'm losing my patience with your team with this problem that has been going on for over a year now.
