Truth is my inner power to find weakness.
A perfect way to ruin your day ni kufika keja hii masaa.
Your phone is dead
Your laptop haikuwa na moto.

So unakaa kwa giza doing nothing as loser there.
It will take more than 100 years to change a Kenyan voter's mindset.
I can see people are only talking about political parties i.e UDA vs DCP but not the character and integrity of the individuals being represented by these political parties. We are still voting through emotions

The first time I spoke with/to Matiang’i
I was in Arusha.
Exile tu bado. Still battling court case and sneaking in and out of 254
Whoever organized the call and the nitty grittes you will read in my book
“Hello, my name is Fred.”
“Yeah, I know. My name is Aoko”
Akajibu ati, “ Yeah, I know who you are too”
Then we both laughed. Ice broken
He has a distinctive voice, the timbre is soothing yet commands attention and regard
The conversation took 2 hrs. I had to summon all the grammar in my reservoir.
Guy drops jargons mid discourse, wisdom and humor so it took all I gat to keep up
A week before the judgement of my case, I came to KE
We met. Him, I and and mtu wa Jayden very close
He showed up on time and did more of the listening as I did most of the talking
I asked about Ruaraka, is he CIA, river what, is he willing to lose weight, can he support Maraga, Plans for Kenya. Will he jail Ruto, is he Project. Everything!
God is my witness
My take home
“Aoko, I have resigned from a World bank job. I have reached the acme of bureaucracy. I am vying for Kenya. If they turn me down, I will respect that. Democracy sio?
So. Enough about me and politics. I have read about you. What do you want to achieve in life?”
Nikamshow,
“Ghhgabnllkjggyrgy
Akacheka. Akasema,
Do not leave this table empty handed. And I want nothing from you other than support
First time hearing a politician tell me, “I want nothing from you,” apart from Babu
Nikasema “Sir, niliacha shule UoN 4th year coz of fee, and I can’t resume while in KE coz nitapatikana dead mtaro. I want to go back to school”
Bro. That is how my education in exile is fully funded by the SIXTH.
Politicians have shown me dust. Fucked me kwa choo and all that
But Fred and Babu! Hata agents wa Tutam waje na sweeter deal,
Which of course wamekuja nayo already, my take is simple. Anything inaguza Matiang’i na Babu is a deal breaker
The rest is negotiable
@MwangiHub , thank you and Meru for hosting the incoming
Good man that one
I cannot see Medical Laboratory Scientists/Technologists on that list. If the Ministry of Health does not recognize us as an essential part of the healthcare system, then kindly transfer us to another ministry where our profession will be valued and recognized.
Medical Laboratory Scientists are a cornerstone of healthcare. We play a critical role in the diagnosis, monitoring, and management of diseases, providing the laboratory results that guide doctors in making accurate treatment decisions. Without laboratory services, quality healthcare cannot function effectively.
Despite our vital contribution, the Ministry of Health continues to overlook and undermine our profession. We are excluded from key opportunities, and many graduates are not even offered internships after completing four years of rigorous university training. This lack of recognition and support is both unfair and discouraging.
We are asking for the recognition, respect, and opportunities that our profession deserves. Medical Laboratory Scientists are an indispensable part of the healthcare system, and it is time our contributions were acknowledged.@HonAdenDuale
I have watched the videos of Edwin Sifuna, Babu Owino and James Orengo during the linda mwananchi rally today in Busia. Kasongo must be worried. He thought he will easily pocket ODM but mungu ni nani.
@SankeiSaitoti They killed the son who would have been groomed to take over. The remaining son is too naive to take over some roles. He is physically disadvantaged also.
