@BeckettUnite The ability to have a driving license should be based on passing a test and then based on your subsequent ability to drive ( ie not getting to many points etc). I'm not sure it should be used as a political tool.

The idea was that if you give the nice rich people more money then somehow everyone benefits. This later became known as trickle down economics. Pretty much Reform are now proposing.

@AlexBarnicoat_ Norway invested their oil money and are now one of the wealthiest country's on Earth. They own significant proportions of their oil production. We own fuck all. The UK used to have a national oil company, Britoil, which was privatised in 1982,now owned by BP.
