@GailSimone When I first tried a comic, the only real influence was reruns of "Super friends" but it didn't influence me to buy my first comic, because it was an issue of "GI Combat." Maybe, the link could be made as it was a DC book, but that's about it.

I've learned from almost watching the show for 45+ years that a producer will eventually write their fanfic into the show. I love Jodie, but all her shows were crap.

@pipmadeley Have you read Alex Cox's book yet? " I Am (Not) A Number". Very compelling read that uses the idea that all the answers as to who Number 6 is were in the show that McGoohan would use to answer that question. Hint: not John Drake.

@doctorwho1980s A local Uni had a DW club, and I'm ashamed to say this was the episode we had a bootleg of from someone with a satellite dish in New Jersey. Outside of the 5 Doctors, this was the actual first time I'd seen an episode less than a month old. The panto Myrka.

@peterframpton I used to have a love/hate rl w/ this album. "Oh hey, Frampton's Come Alive!" "Quick, shoot him again!" would be the response. I blame "Show me the Way" being overplayed on radio. I ❤️ Sgt. Pepper, so it's not about you per se. It's the playing of the same song ad infinitum.
