Jeff Hafley praises Jacob Rodriguez's maturity:
"When you get here early & go down to the weight room; he's got a routine where he's stretching at 5.30 / 6 in the morning. He's one of the first guys eating a good meal at breakfast, meeting extra in the meeting rooms."

Jon Eric Sullivan will take us to the promise land.
It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure it the fuck out
He’s literally the exact guy we needed down here in Miami
No sugar coating candy cane BS
Now that the Dolphins roster has been established and this off-season is basically complete, let me be the first to say that I already cannot wait for next off-season😂.
The team will be in a very, very different situation and have the ability to actually upgrade the roster. Throw in a top 7 pick on top of that and the future should look much brighter.
Remember...and I know I will have to say this 100x in about 7 or 8 months, but Sully is not Chris Grier. Miami will not be leading the league in money spent or constantly going after the big fish. It's a more methodical approach that we will have to see in action but I am confident it will not look like Dolphins free agencies of old.
🎥 Jeff Hafley on the team's progress going into his first regular season game: "I think we have a very good process that has started, and I think we have a foundation that is laid... this process got to be strong, there's going to be ups and downs." (@MiamiDolphins) #PhinsUp
@ckparrot This new staff GM/HC inherited 180 million of dead cap money forcing them to have a weak roster. How can they labeled the wrong people when they are basically saying this is a reset year which is necessary for a rebuild. Can’t see how you can truly judge them until next season
