one of the most incredible timelapses i have ever produced--rare november thunderstorms, rare november snow, bitter cold, AND gorgeous auroras all in the span of FIVE DAYS and in ONE TIMELAPSE! (trimmed some)
note the trees quickly losing leaves, gravity waves, and more!
@questionableway i found it insane when i learned that my school district was in the MINORITY for having elementary school kids start first, middle school 2nd, and high school last. like that makes so much more sense
@north0fnorth yea, plus even if it was light outside when you woke up, that's still the coldest part of the day so not like you can do much of anything
it's RadarScope! been the top tier radar app for a decade and a half. base price is $10 i think, then Tier 1 (which gives you a bunch of stuff) is uhhhhh.....i forgot specifically, but it's cheap. then Tier 2 is $100/yr ($~8.33/mo), which is what i have. WeatherFront is a lot newer but is quickly catching up to RadarScope (even beating it on some fronts like modelling), then there's others that are worse like Radar Omega
4 years ago today - day SIX of my 2022 RV trip! ππ¦ποΈ
took a ferry from Salem to Boston, and spent the rest of the day exploring the city. had gyros from Faneuil Hall Marketplace, looked at old gravestones, marveled at the diverse architecture (i love the city hall, fight me), toured the Paul Revere House, shopped in the North End, bought weed, before taking the T back to Salem
despite only spending the day there, this tour solidified that Boston one of my top 3 favorite US cities and i'd love to live there someday
@nitzukai besides the battery, BatFi stopped working completely, Photos app has a couple new bugs (i've reported them), and Universal Control seems to work better now
@nitzukai i did and i love the new changes, but my poor MBP has had its battery life completely ruined, constantly runs hot and the battery never lasts more than 2 hours. i upgraded a week ago so idk if it's indexing anymore (also at 79% capacity)
I never understood why people argued about daylight savings time and now I understand itβs because I grew up in the darkest purple section on this map and was having a dramatically different experience than everyone else already
