@NadiaFerreira85 Pretty tough job! The salary is equivalent and lower to similar CEO roles. It should be about his performance measures. Eskom is producing 15% less power than a decade ago - EAF means nothing in this context. If the KPI’s keep trending downwards, there should be consequences.
