It's so basic that it's laughable. Push is push up, bench press, etc. Pull is pull up, lats, curls, etc. Legs is squats, lunges...
I deviate from the plan more often than not, to avoid muscles that are still hurting. But I try to do something everyday.
I find the exact exercises, or even the intensity, doesn't matter. The key is just starting everyday. Even if you say, I am tired, and I will only do 5 minutes. That's good. Do 3-5 minutes. Once your form a habit, and once you start, you will go longer and longer.
I follow a few fitness guys so that they are always in my feed. I don't try all the exercises, but it keeps fitness top of mind. Can't believe I am giving fitness advices. Don't think I am qualified. 🤣
