@TMIrelandHelp I’m listing tickets for resale but I’m getting error page not found when trying to complete order. When I go to orders it says tickets not listed yet and when I go to seller details it’s saying my account details are being verified. How long does that take?

@AskPTSB I’ve an iPhone and I changed my password earlier this afternoon and got a text code when I was on the desktop site when I had to update my password 🤷🏻‍♀️

@AskPTSB I did that but still getting the another device is registered screen! And no text security code being sent when I go to register my device.

@AskPTSB On home wifi. I did that & able to get to log in but now telling me another device registered to my account (which there shouldn’t be) when I click continue to register my device, I get the code box but no code is sent to my phone so I can’t proceed. tried it on iPhone & iPad
