β’ Physical Activity was added to get me moving even in WFH. Served its purpose of making me aware of my activity levels. Myβbattery is dead, making this difficult to continue. Regardless, I want to be stronger in my 40s.
β’ Social Media/Doomscrolling is a tough one to crack. I feel a better strategy is not to force the decrease but to replace it with a different activity that will naturally make me decrease (unproductive) screen time. Maybe with more retrospection and introspection.
