@c2c_Rail trains gone out of service at Upminster due to an incident. Is this going to affect all the later trains or just the one?

@c2c_Rail currently boarding a train from Chalkwell to Thorpe Bay. I’m the only one within the station and the whole of this train of about 50 people wearing a face mask. If this is a condition of travel then more has to be done to stop people boarding without them
