Worse still, we flew Club Class to Heathrow. Having collected luggage and checked into our connecting flight (Economy) we were assured access to Club Lounge. Next disappointment; turned away at the counter. So disappointing. #poorCX

Had such a disappointing experience with @British_Airways. I inadvertently made our travel plans using separate booking reference numbers. This resulted in luggage not being checked to final destination, having to clear customs, collect luggage and check in for connecting flight.
