@Moto_Support my phone suddenly dropped charge from 100 to 0% displaying battery error, and won't charge anymore even if plugged in. Weeks ago it started to randomly shutdown. Tried battery recalibration, operating in safe mode, and reboot to factory. Nothing worked.And now this.
