@CharlesPattson Also like scribes. Before the printing press, a popular job was to write pages in the bible by hand (scribe). After the printing however, no more scribes. You can become an author, journalist, typesetter, librarian, etc. But you don't get paid to write pages in the bible anymore.

@CharlesPattson Also kind of like pilots. We used to need 1% elite operators. Technology advanced (auto-pilot), and then more pilots. However to prevent accidents like Air France Flight 447 (pilot crash due to in-experience of how to pilot without auto-pilot), knowledge and judgement is needed.
