@Sainsburys_Bank having a terrible experience trying to make a home insurance claim with a policy I purchased from you. Health hazard situation at home with 3 young children and no assistance for over 24 hours. Lots of buck passing. Customer for many years. extremely disappointed

@Sainsburys_Bank I've called twice and no help offered, buck passed to underwriters who are beyond useless. Is there any other department I can escalate this to who can actually intervene? Situation is quite dangerous.

@Pen_UW_UK Waiting times to speak to advisors are completely unacceptable. you are not providing any level of service to your customers. Health hazard situation being left unattended and won't authorise us to sort it ourselves. Disgraceful company, avoid at all costs.
