World Champs tomorrow! It's always special to represent your country and I couldn't be more excited for this one after sitting out last year with illness. Start is at 11:30pm Sunday night in NZ. Kiwis can watch live and free here https://t.co/fzDRZS2l9U

Solid first World Cup of the season, finishing in 36th place in a tight race. It's always a tough first couple of laps here starting further back but I was happy with how the legs felt and it gives me confidence for the upcoming races. ๐ธ Robin Nevrala
New year, new team, new me. Excited to join Lapierre Unity Racing and a great bunch of team mates! Let's get this party started ๐ฅณ

Starting the year off with a win against a strong Ben Oliver yesterday in Dunedin at the first continental series round. Looking forward to continuing to build from here and see what the rest of the year brings!

After 8 years it's time to part ways with @TrekBikes and @TrekFactoryXC. There's been highs and lows. Great results, poor results, and everything in between. Most importantly I've made lifelong memories. A huge thanks to everyone who made it possible! See you at the races โ๏ธ
Finally back home after the last World Cup of the year in MSA. I definitely put in an improved performance, having a race in the legs and another week's training was noticeable! A huge thanks to @TrekFactoryXC for getting me back on the start line. ๐ธ @RossBellPhoto#onwards
Happy to be back on the start line after a nightmare season. I hoped for a bit more, finishing well out the ๐ but in hindsight it was wrong for me to expect it so soon after just a few weeks training under the belt. Only upwards from here with MSA next week! @RossBellPhoto
No World Champs for me this year. I had to make the tough call to sit this one out as I haven't had the chance to build the form I need to do the event justice. Home in Christchurch to build some form over the next weeks before Lake Placid and MSA World Cups.

On Wed, a blood test revealed I am suffering from Toxoplasmosis (a parasitic infection). I have been struggling since the first WC rounds in Brazil, and it's a relief to finally know why. I can now focus on my recovery and the last races of the season.

Unfortunately no World Cup racing in Crans Montana this weekend for me. Taking some time away from racing and training and working with the team doctors to get to the bottom of some ongoing health issues. Hugely grateful for their support during this tough time๐ธ @rossbellphoto
Better late than never! ๐ Definitely an improvement in the XCO. P39 in the end, 19 seconds off 32nd. Still not where I want to be, but nice to be more in the fight! Thanks to @trekfactoryracingxc for the support this week. We'll get there together ๐ช

Felt a bit fresher today, but nothing to show for it after getting caught up in too many tangle ups out there. Keen to have a fun day out on course tomorrow at one of my all time favourite venues! And start to steer this ship back in the right direction โด๏ธ @@rossbellphoto
The wheels aren't rolling the way I want them right now. My goose is a bit cooked but it's now time to rest and reset. Always fun to race in front of such passionate fans and on a fun course, Obrigado Brazil ๐ See you again soon!
