@AlexDWilkes I'm curious. Why would a lawyer not be able to pay something? Is it cash flow? What's the problem with cash flow? Not enough work? Why do you need a transitioning candidate? Is it organizing your files/admin work? Then pay the right staff/transitioning candidate. #businessmodel

Shouldn't our rules of procedures, e.g. Rules of Civil Procedure, be embedded in a project management software? I understand, there are LL.M.s on Civil Procedure and very well prepared lawyers in the area, but tbh, it's 2021 and we have great tools out there.
