@TheAA_UK After arriving home at 6:20am thus morning and had 2 hours sleep, I'm exhausted, upset, dissapointed after logging the call at 5:20pm yesterday and the fiasco that then developed taking 13 hours to get me home after logging a call with a puncture. How do you think I feel?

Latest with @TheAA_UK farce, they don't know when they can send somone 🤬 I explained I'm diabetic and not had medication as I would have been home 3 1/2 hours ago!
This is an absolute disgrace, @lexautolease can have this company car back, I need reliability & peace of mind! 🤬

What a joke the @TheAA_UK have become. Logged a call at 5:30pm, told 7:30pm, then 8:30pm latest 10:30pm with an 2 1/2 hour journey to South Wales and blame it on the weather. its absolutely fine here!! Absolute disgrace this once great company has become!!!
