@northernassist is there any rhyme or reason as to why the 0702 Heald Green to Eccles is always the service that seems to be cancelled over the others? That's now Wed & Thurs last week and Mon & Tues this week so far. Not even any reasons given on the app any more!

@Hermesparcels can you please advise which neighbour my parcel was left with? I didn't get a knock on the door, ring of the bell and my cameras weren't even triggered by a person. No card left but apparently it was left with a neighbour. I just don't know which. Shocking service!

@HMRCcustomers The non coded amount was 28th April and when the coded amount became available I paid that on 3rd May
