@BlueStarLtd Purchased a brand-new Blue Star IA312VNUS 1 Ton Split AC on 19 Jul 2026. During installation, your engineers confirmed no refrigerant gas and a faulty condenser. The AC has never been installed or used. I categorically do not consent to repairing a brand-new DOA (Dead on Arrival) product. I demand an immediate replacement of the complete AC unit (indoor & outdoor), not a condenser replacement. Extremely disappointed with the quality of your product. I purchased a brand-new 1 Ton Blue Star Split AC (IA312VNUS) on 19 July 2026, but during installation your engineer confirmed that the AC had no refrigerant gas.
Today, another Blue Star engineer visited for verification and after inspection, confirmed that the condenser itself is faulty. The AC has never been installed or used and was found defective straight out of the box.
This is completely unacceptable from a reputed brand like Blue Star. I demand an immediate replacement of the entire unit, not a repair, as the product is DOA (Dead on Arrival).
Invoice, product serial number, photos and the engineer's video evidence are available. Kindly resolve this on priority.
