It was great getting all three RCS high schools together to select a charity for our 2023 Tri-High Charity Week! @WeAreSCHS@stoneycouncil https://t.co/SHIysKxup3
Kids these days!
These kids have worked so hard the last two years to build connections and lead. It was so great to get to celebrate their accomplishments this weekend and bring home the following awards: Star School, Excpetional Service Project, and the Award of Excellence.
Student Council had a great time at the MASC/MAHS state conference! We learned a lot of leadership lessons, heard what interesting things other schools are doing, and took home some prestigious awards. We canโt wait to take what we learned to better our council at Stoney Creek!
Abby V won Unsung Hero and Dave P was a top three finalist for Student of the Year. And our very own Rivera A WON the MSV State Competition. These kids are tenacious, empathetic, and willing to give up their weekend to learn about how to grow in leadership! Congrats, Cougars!
Huge congrats to @stoneycouncil for their work at MASC Regional Connect Conference! The Cougars were voted Top Showcase and our very own Rivera Arkan won the Regional Michigan Student Voice Competition! Can't wait to see these presentations at States! @WeAreSCHS@BrianShelson
