A homeless Afghan immigrant allegedly stabbed two women in the street with a 22cm kitchen knife in Frankston, Melbourne on the weekend.

He was chased down by an off-duty cop with the help of three tradies and arrested, and is now asking to be deported so he can avoid justice.

There has been ZERO national news coverage of this incident.
