Today is the last day of CCFS, which is already the most hectic day for every professional and business. Yet, the MCA portal is not even allowing users to log in properly.

Professionals are ready to comply, businesses are ready to file, but the system itself is not cooperating. The result? Unnecessary stress, wasted time and financial burden — without any fault of the taxpayer or professional.

What happens to the MCA system on the last day? Does the infrastructure simply fail under predictable peak load? Or is there no adequate capacity planning for the final deadline?

Whatever the reason, the time of professionals and businessmen has value too.

If this is truly “Ease of Doing Business” and “Ease of Compliance”, then the Government should immediately extend CCFS and ensure a stable, fully functional portal.

Compliance should be facilitated, not made unnecessarily difficult.

CFSS 2020: Active for 9 months
CCFS 2026: Active for 4.5 months
It shall be atleast 6 Months scheme. ICSI has requested for extension,
