Here is my daily reminder to never let friends or family buy a @GEAppliancesCo they could care less if it fails and won’t follow through on any promises and leave you high and dry! All they want is their money! Message me for details, I have emails to back this up!
This dates back a few weeks going, broken promises and the run around on a 4500.00 fridge. I guess customer service is done once you buy the appliance!
@GE_Appliances I would advise anyone thinking of buying a GE Appliance to not expect to get taken of as a customer! We purchased a GE Cafe Fridge less than a year a year ago and the freezer has stopped working! GE has advised me if will take almost a month to send a tech out!
