@Makro_SA, I logged a return on 28 Feb, 25 via the app. I provided the collection address. The courier pitched up at the wrong address, we gave them the correct address as stated and I still have not been refunded. Can I just drop it off at a store. This is now ridiculous

@BigSkyCoaches, Busdriver of IC? 186 ?? was reckless at around 2:50 pm. They cut across the median & solid lines on the JHB R24/N12 W, pushing onto other cars to exit & join the N3 S. People trust your company with their lives, and this kind of reckless driving is unacceptable.
@GoldReefCitySA, @tsogosun, I am disappointed with your customer service. I raised issues at the theme park hotel with Tshidi and still waiting for a call. I was mis informed on the closing times of the park. The showers don't drain. The room had ants. Lights were flickering
@OldMutualSA, is there any way to follow up on claims. I spent more than an hour (accumulative) going through various voice prompts, and constantly dropped. There is nothing on your website or call center, that is straight forward, to simply follow up on a claim.
