@IndiGo6E But my dear, we were exactly at the counter just before 60 mins. And even if that's not possible could you atleast help me with a refund so that I can book another one. I am on my way to see my parents urgently. And suddenly all morning tickets are too expensive. Is this loot?

@IndiGo6E this is extremely disappointing! My flight TQSZVP is scheduled for 6:25 am from Delhi T2 and we reached at 5:40 at the check-in counter. Even then, we are refused to enter stating that we are late.

Amount needs to be refunded asap so that we can book another one!
