My card got blocked, and AAN payment option isn't working. I've tried NEFT multiple times and visited an HDFC branch with no luck. Charges were added, affecting my CIBIL score. Every time call customer care and explain the same story, they keep giving the same excuses

The credit card customer care is saying to go branch, branch is saying to connect with customer care,never ending loop.Pathetic service no one is able to accept the credit card payment. Bank adds charges every month event they can't stop also affecting my CIBIL score. #harassment

What else can I do besides emailing the credit card department, calling customer care, and visiting the HDFC bank branch? I'm frustrated with this cycle. Please help. It has been a never-ending process of chasing for the last 20 days but no resolution.
