@Krishnag21a I had kinda similar experience with @InfinixIndia @InfinixSupport they didn't provide me the replacement for my laptop's swollen battery even I'm all ready to pay. I was also think to upgrade to a better laptop and now i know which brands should i ignore without thinking. Thanks

@InfinixSupport Thanks for the reply could you at least give me a timeline or expected time ? As I don't want to risk my life with the swollen battery but i have work to do as well and i need a laptop for that so if it'll take more than this month i might buy another for my work with safety

@InfinixSupport Your physical service centers failed to provide support and help i have been following up for over a month regularly calling the service center every week but there has been no progress or resolution i am forced to contact the brand through social media just to be heard
